I can't purchase Apex Coins

Hello, I'm facing a problem while trying to purchase Apex Coins, it says that my payment method which is a credit card doesn't match my account/store region but they do match and I already used the same card before to purchase coins and it worked but it was some months ago, I tried purchasing coins from EA App and In-game and none of them worked so does any one know how to fix this?
