I did not cheat but I was banned, and there was no record in my EA Ban History

I did not cheat but I was banned, and there was no record in my EA Ban History, aslo without any email being sent. So the most possible of it is THE SIX. I'm a CHN player, to get a better feeling in this good game, i need to use gaming accelerator like VPN. My playing server is in HK, I even did not exchange my server, although HK server have a messy loss. I was just played one match in HK server. BTW, I added some cfg file, and they're compliant cfg. Show a fine appreciation.

    That's strange as all the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

    The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as bans.

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

    You could also check out the help.ea.com site which is available in a variety of languages and provides help across all EA titles. Have a look through the drop down Menu in the bottom right of the web page for a list of supported languages.

    Sadly no one here at AHQ can directly help you. You need to go through the ban appeal process outlined in my above post.
