I didn’t get my apex coins

Earlier today I purchased $30 dollars worth of apex coins and still haven’t received the coins but I did get the charge what’s going on EA?

    Try contacting EA's support team about it. I had the same issue and they helped me get my refund. It took a few days for me, but it was worth the wait.

    Hey @loopeyee 

    When your coins aren't showing up, you best check if the transaction was successful.
    If it was, you best wait 24 hours before contacting the support as the coins sometimes appear within that timeframe.

    After you waited for 24 hours and the coins haven't shown up, you best contact the support team.
    They can look into this and will make sure you will get the content you paid for.
    Click here to contact the support team. 

    Click on Apex Legends, select the platform you bought the coins on.
    Then select missing content and click never received content.
