i got banned without any reason

hi legends, today i faced the problem.

today at 17th of october 2026 i was playing my favorite apex legends, gamemode was wildcard and then when i was playing and having fun, i suddenly got kicked out of the game to start screen. and when i tried to join again, i got permanently banned. i am not using cheats and not using anything that is against the rules because i love apex legends and want to keep playing it and even more i can say that i am not so good at the game with my aim. i really dont understand why i cant play apex. if someone know, please help me because im very upset with that.
