@XHelperZ why not though, as a customer and user of their product and a player who supports them financially i should know abt it. again i didnt say anything that day or week, hell i never talk in chats often.

Well it could depend on anything, though in this case I think it's likely for them to release information to you regarding your ban.
Just try opening a new ticket (Unless they've told you not to submit any further tickets about the same problem) and ask for more information about your ban.

They are always responding to me that the investigation is over.
I have submitted everything I can as evidence, including my account's access history, usage programs, and game footage, but they are only repeating that the investigation is over. - 3 years ago@Kor_Envyyy they always do this that it had become frequent, cant believe some people at ea, they think we do this cuz we have nothing better to do
