I got hacked and banned and they refuse to unban me

I got hacked and then banned on ea account and apex I proved I was hacked restored my ea account turned on 2FA.

Then I appeal the Apex Legends ban as it was also due to me being hacked I never cheated or disobeyed the ToS. Then I get a reply of refusal to unban me. This is a joke and I need help in fixing this if anyone from the ea support or ToS team is available on this forum to help or if any community member has advice on what to do next.

As it stands I have sent another appeal regarding my apex ban don't know if it will get ovcerturned or declined but honestly this is disgusting because the most simple thing to do is unban me and if they detect me cheating again or what ever it's as simple as banning me again instead of declining my request as they "would not be able to recognize if it was me on a vpn or the hacker at that point" even though the timeline of events clearly shows a different login location different email my account was changed to and an unknown authenticator app added.

    Is there any update?

    I use Steam auto-login and had three accounts banned at the same time. Out of the three, only one was reinstated, but the other two are still suspended.

    I have already submitted over 20 cases.
    In addition, I personally provided gameplay footage from the day before the ban, SAR data, personal information data, IP logs, and more.
    Through a professional private firm, I also submitted evidence of the hacker’s tools, Windows event logs, EAC logs, attempted remote access from overseas, and foreign IP addresses.

    I’ve given EA everything I possibly could, and yet the two accounts remain banned.

    I mean, if you look at the login history, you’ll see they were being repeatedly turned on and off every 1-3 minutes.
    Would any normal user ever do that?

    And why was only one account restored out of the three? I truly don’t understand.
    Of course, I never even received an email explaining the reason for the ban.
    I have no idea what the issue is, and all I get are the same copy-pasted responses.

    nope, still nothing, I gave them all the information I have to them, but still remain silence, I really think they don't deal with this problem unless you are famous, and you have benefits to them, like streamers or something, or else they actually don't give a **bleep** about you. That's my feelings through this 2 months.

    yo bro have u gotten unbanned? im still banned and and now there is even no penalty history for me. Which means i cant appeal anymore, wft.//

    is everybody got unbanned or still banned? I am just curious. By the way they banned the last year ALGS championship AGL QQ for no reason too.lol

    Exact same thing is happening to me account got hacked got banned when I got the account back I had an apex ban tried to appeal for months today the sent an email saying that the ban was justified and that I broke rules but I didn't I was hacked it's sad because I just lost a childhood apex account don't think I'm ever going to use anything ea related I'm out
