I got hacked and ea chat could not restore my account.

I am so frustrated with the fact that a resource at ea could not escalate my ticket to assist me further. I provided them proof that my account was now level 1 and I was not the day before. Is there any senior resource at EA that could potentially be able to ask me questions / receive screenshots so I can prove that my account was hacked? Any information would be greatly appreciated

  • VaIkyriesDawn​ When it comes to hacked accounts, you would have to contact the EA Support Team here: What to do if your EA Account has been hacked, as hacked accounts sadly cannot be handled on the forums.

    If the issue is that you logged in one day and were suddenly on a "new account" and you play on a platform account, (such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and/or the Switch), it may had been caused by the platform account becoming unlinked, (either by you or by whoever had hacked your EA Account).

    The problem with unlinking a platform account is that your Apex progress and data is stored on your connected EA Account, (so if you had decided to link your platform account(s) to another EA Account, it sadly won't transfer anything over to that EA Account).

    You can check to see if your platform accounts are still connected to the correct EA Account by signing into that EA Account here: EA Account | Connected Accounts, however if you're unable to sign into your EA Account, you would need to contact the EA Support Team to recover your account.

    Thank you for that information! It looks like my account was unlinked since my progress is gone. I checked your url and it looks like it says I have been a member since 2025 which is incorrect. Is there anyone I can reach out to so I can verify my old account and have it linked again?
