I got unregistered in on my apex account through steam side

dear EA support,

I have been having a issue re registering back into apex legends through my steam side of apex legends, TITAN FALL 2, and battle field 1 and 4,and 5 through steam ive tried unlinking and re linking my steam to my EA account already and that didn't work, I have also tried your ai customer support and they also didn't help. I have been trying to fix this issue since 1 pm today. I would like some help if you have the time.

    Hello asdj2132​,

    is the Steam account "dakillion1" the correct account or is the E-mail correct? An EA account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime, so its not possible to link a new Steam account to an EA account, if that EA account previously had a different Steam account linked to it.

    In addition, unlinking and linking a steam account to a different EA account will lead to losing your progress in your games.

    If you try to log in through Steam and it tells you to register and then your EA account says that there's already a Steam account linked to it, there's a chance that you're currently trying to login through the wrong Steam account.
