An update : So i tested playing on my cousin's pc and guess what SAME ISSUES as mine. so i cannot say that my pc is the issue it is definitely the server issue. if SOMEONE could put this to respawn's attention that would be so kind of them.

Please let me play apex man.

For the record i live in Connecticut and i connect to new york servers for 14 and half seasons i have never faced this issue and all of a sudden since second split season 15 i have not played apex due this very reason.
