Unfortuantely we can't help with bans at all here on the forums. If you've raised an appeal then I can only recommend that you wait until they finish their investigation and get back to you. You can always check the status of your case here (just be careful not to continue it as that will pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to get back to you).
