I lost all my Items and Progress

I have 117 hrs on Apex, according to my Steam account, but when I logged on today after a while, all my progress is lost. All of my legendary skins are gone, everything.  Can I please get assistance...

    Hey @Shaqra,

    Have you ever unlinked your Steam account from its EA account? 

    This would be the main reason we'll see progress go missing. In those cases you would need to try re-linking the original Steam and EA accounts to see if the progress can be restored, as it's not something we can manually change I'm afraid.

    If there was an unlink and you run into any issues getting the originals re-linked, please contact support so they can take a look.
