i need to register if i try to get on steam to apex

so i was abt to play apex on steam suddenly i need to register my account for some reason but if i pressed register i got to a page where i could reset my password i looke for the sing in but i couldnt find it anywhere and if i try to log in ea with steam the same thing happens it put me directly to reset my password i have done it multiple times but i could't log in i even reinstall it still didn't work idk what to do anymore. btw this is not my steam acc this is my ps4 acc that is only way i could ask questions.
