I would like to request the lifting of the ban
Hello, my APEX account was banned in December because I logged into a computer with a banned machine code at a nearby internet cafe. I started playing APEX from the third season until the 19th season, and I am certain that I did not do anything illegal. This is also the reason why I insist on appealing. I know this is not your fault, but I did not protect my account properly. I should have logged into the game in a safer place, But I am powerless now, and I can only ask your team to help me lift the ban. I hope I can continue to be active in the 20th season as well
