I'm missing apex coins from purchases I made

I made the purchase on January 20th and I don't see 1000 APEX COINS. I contacted EA and provided proof of purchase. I tried connecting through EA to the game and it still didn't work.
EA asked me to contact STEAM, and STEAM confirmed that the purchases were made and that EA should be contacted to accept the purchase.
I attached this email to EA HELP and they said they couldn't help me.

Even though I provided proof of purchase and provided an email from STEAM confirming that the purchase was made.

Please help I've been on this for a week with dozens of emails from STEAM and EA.

I MADE 2 PURCHES EACH ONE AT 500 APEX COINS TOTAL 1000 APEX COINS MISSING IN THE GAME.

I ATTECHED STEAM SUPPORT MAIL AND THE 2 PURCHES TRANSACTION.
