I'm trying to buy apex coins on a prepaid card but it's a reoccuring payment?

I'm trying to purchase apex coins but for some reason it's considered a reoccurring payment (I called the support for vanilla prepaid cards) and those cards are one time use so how come its considered a reoccurring payment when I'm trying to get apex coins?

    Purchasing Apex Coins shouldn't be a recurring payment. On which platform were you trying to buy them?
