In-Game Mouse Sensitivity Has No Effect

Question

Noticed that my in-game mouse sensitivity has no effect (changing value of 1.5 to 20 had no impact).

Tested a few other games (OW, COD, etc.) and noticed the same exact problem.

I'm guessing there is some setting that is preventing my applications from modifying my mouse sensitivity?

I look a look at all my windows mouse settings and have "enhanced pointer precision" turned off like always, everything else looks normal (windows DPI set to 6/11).

I then proceeded to:

- Attempt to run applications as administrator before trying to adjust in-game sensitivity
- Uninstalled Logitech Gaming Software

- Rolled back my most recent 2 windows updates

- Updated mobo drivers

Still no dice unfortunately.

Anyone ever run into this issue before and find a fix?

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with your mouse and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
