Game or server connection

I got unbanned some days ago, and already did a few tickets and talked with a few of your colleagues in support, and they said to me that the way to solve my problem would be to create a discussion here to explain the issue I have.
So, my account was unbanned, but not from the server, it wasn't removed properly. I keep getting the error "This clients game account has been banned."
From what I've been told, the ban was removed, but not removed from the server, thats why I'm getting this error.
