I have some sort of consistent in-game stutter happening with my new rig. Doesnt happen on other FPS games.
It doesnt appear to be my frame rate. It seems to be the game or how it's processing.
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9700X 3D
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
I have solid 240FPS - no other drops or lag.
If anyone is running new AMD in 2025 - this is your fix if you have errors in event viewer showing "Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller has a Hardware IO error."
