In game voice chat for PS5 not working. Helppppp

This just started recently but I cannot talk or hear anyone’s voices while playing. My voice icon is moving, I know I’m not banned via PlayStation or Apex because I can talk in a party no problem and I checked my EA history and it is clean. I’ve gone over the voice settings countless of times. I cannot figure out what happened to save my life. Has anyone else experienced this issue and could please help me!
