Wildcard Mode Weapon Enhancement Bug Caused Unfair Account Suspensions

Hello,

I would like to report an issue that occurred during the recent Wildcard Mode event. After participating in several matches, my account was suddenly suspended.

The weapon enhancement feature in Wildcard Mode appears to function normally during gameplay, but using it seems to trigger the anti-cheat system to detect it as an illegal weapon modification, resulting in an immediate suspension.

I kindly ask the development and support teams to investigate this issue and review all account suspensions related to the weapon enhancement system in Wildcard Mode.

I hope this matter can be acknowledged and resolved soon so that affected players can regain access to their accounts and continue enjoying the game.

    NightAndSlep​ If you were given an account ban, (where you cannot play the game at all), you would need to contact the EA TOS Team as bans cannot be handled on the forums.

    If you were given a leaver's penalty, (where your just in timeout), that's a different story as those shouldn't be given to players just by upgrading weapons.
