INCREASED LAG WHEN ENCOUNTERING ENEMIES. (SEASON 7)

So I have been playing Apex Legends for like a year now, and since the ending of season 6, I've been having lag spikes whenever enemies are around or approach me or anything happens regarding enemies. As soon as an enemy approaches there is a significant frame rate drop from almost 90 to 22-30 Frames. And the latency also increases from 70 to 300 and so on. I changed my ISP, changed the WIFI card drivers, I tried using ethernet too, yet it still lags. the CPU doesn't overheat neither does the GPU. I don't know what to do smh. Someone please help.

I switched to steam too, although that might be the issue but it had started happening in origin at the end of season 6.

Lenovo legion y530

- i7-8750H

- 8 Gb RAM

    please give me the following info:
    1: Verify package sent by sending me an UOTrace.
    2: Internet speed
    3: What OS / Build do you run?
    4: All drivers updated?
    5: Any 3rd party software running like Anti-virus, discord etc?
      (Verify your firewall / anti virus is not blocking origin / game
    6: do you or any other member in the household watch youtube, streams or downloading while playing?
    7: Have you tried to repair the game or clear game cache, Read this to know how: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
    8: Have you tried using a public DNS to see if this resolve the issue?
