Infinite loading screen

I downloaded Apex from steam and launched it , it loads up but gets stuck on the loading screen for hours , I've tried restarting my laptop ( Its a gaming laptop and have more than required specs) , disabling my firewalls temporary , making an exception for my anti virus software , reinstalling , and it still gets stuck at the infinite loading screen. I seriously don't know what to do anymore , can someone help me please.

i’ve had this issue a lot. try unplugging your USB’s or any external drives, restart your pc and don’t plug in your usb devices until you’re in the lobby.
