Try running a CCleaner to remove old temp files and cache.
Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂

@EA_Atic I have a 3900xt, 32gb RAM, and a RTX 2080S, I'm running Apex on my 1440p monitor at 144hz and it is sending my GPU to 100% utilization. I have tried switching it down to 1080p but no luck. Any word on better optimizing this game?
