Have you done what im showing below? Press win key + R and put in "msconfig", go to services, and select hide all microsoft services.

    1. Press win key + R and put in "msconfig"
    2. go to services
    3. select hide all microsoft services
    4. with hide all microsoft services checked, click disable all to disable all non microsoft services.
    5. restart pc
    6. If the game runs, go back to step 3, and enable the top half of what you just disabled and restart pc
    7. if the game does not run, go back to step 3, and disable all non microsoft services and enable the bottom half of whats disabled, and restart
    8. if the game runs, go back to step 3, and enable half of the top half (so a quarter in total) and restart pc
    9. Keep repeating steps 6 to 8, while dividing what you are enabling each time, until you have most services enabled and isolated/disabled the service(s) that is causing the integrity error.

This hopefully should get you to figure out whats causing the integrity error. if you still get the error with all non microsoft services disabled, you should check your startup apps/programs and disable everything there. you can also use a tool from microsoft called autoruns and download that, and select hide microsoft entries and logon(highlighted in yellow in screenshot) to see any other apps that dont show under startup apps in windows settings

If none of this works, it might be some bios setting you either have enabled or disabled, which i wouldnt recommend messing around with settings in there if you dont know what you are changing. Off the top of my head i dont remember what options in bios could be causing this issue

If you are on windows 11, I remember there also used to be a problem with a win11 version having issues launching EAC games, and you had to change something with windows defender, but i also dont remember exactly what was needed to fix the issue. if you are on win11 and you done everything above with no fix, you can google "Easy anti cheat error on windows 11" and could probably find out suggestions about what to try to do to fix the issue.
