Is 100-130 avg fps ideal for my specs? (Details inside)

@WattsonxWraith what do u mean everything the same.. a 1070 for sure is the better card.. it's performance is 30% better than a 1060

Sorry, I shouldn't have worded it that way perhaps. Anyways the rest of my point still stands, I'm still concerned about how this game performs with my specs regardless of that.

    @WattsonxWraith Ur performance is good.. I have a 1050 ti and 30-40 fps less
