Is this really EA's way of handling things？

Is this really EA's customer support team? Is this EA's way of handling issues? Those who can't keep up with the workload are just overpaid slackers. What's so difficult about seriously addressing and resolving players' problems? I've spent money on this game, yet I can't even send an appeal email to your team. EA's arbitrary bans only add to your own workload, which leads to decreased work motivation and your team's reluctance to assist players. This forum is filled with robotic official responses—can't you even act like decent humans? Will you please provide an official response: why are so many players being wrongfully banned, yet EA cannot provide any detailed data and always uses vague statements to dismiss our grievances and anger? If you continue with this approach even after being acquired, the company's value will only keep declining, and eventually, all these slackers will lose their jobs.
