It looks like someone hacked my EA Account and changed the linked email address

This problem happened in September
(Because of my official business trip,I didn't have enough time for caring too much about my account,I don't know the accurate date,I found this problem in November)After finishing my work,I found the weird things on my account and then I logged in to my APEX,I found my APEX became a new account.
It looks like someone hacked my EA Account and changed the linked email address,that hacker made a new account on my initial email address.After contacting you guys,that customer helped me find my real Account back
This thing is a little complicated,plz try to be patient
I contacted you guys at that time in time,but that customer didn't find my account back,he said he couldn't find my real account(I provided my initial email address at that time)
I tried again this month,after I found my account back,I found my real Account got already got banned!!!
I tried to contact you guys for unbanning my account but my appeal failed!!!
I attached the ban Letter to the case already,I really don't wanna lose this Apex account although I'm so busy with working without enough time for playing!.
