It won't start

Hey hey, so after work I searched for some answers and none of their solutions helped me but I eventually solved the issue. Pretty stupid work around for now but it works.
What steps I took:
1. Updated windows and all drivers - did not work.
2. Uninstalled game and removed license and reinstalled the game- do not work
3. Debugged the dump message and got various answers like it was the gpu, that it was memory problems- updated and made sure everything in my pc was sitted correctly- did not work.
4. I went to the steam desktop icon and ran it as an adminisrator- the issue worked.
Try the 4th step and see if it works for you. Let me know how it goes and if not, maybe try these other steps.

I tried everything but it didn't solve the problem.
I have attached a picture of the dxdiag results. Is your environment such that you can't play the game?
@sawatarimasakiVT Since the methods you've tried thus far hasn't worked, I would suggest contacting EA Support at help.ea to see if they have any suggestions for you to try.
