Kill trackers aren’t working

When I get killed in a game they do not get tracked by the season trackers nor lifetime trackers for example my season kill counter for bloodhound is 35 and I have played games and taken video clips of me getting kills but they aren’t getting counted. My bloodhound kill tracker for this season had been 35 for the past few days and I’ve gotten a few 5+ kill games and it isn’t gaining. I’m having this problem for every legend
