LAGGGGGG!!!!!

At first I thought is was only ranked but its pubs as well.  Ive seen a couple red icons on the top left corner but I'm seeing more than I've ever seen.  I bought the event heirloom and the Alter hierloom and I haven't got to play decent games for weeks now.  On the start screen it shows 800 ping for west coast servers.  Will this be fixed or I just can't play the game Ive spent a couple hundred dollars on cosmetics?? Im also playing with ethernet connection.
