lagging in the first match

when i play apex, in the first match after opening apex i always got lagging and the character moving on it's own (like high ping lag but my ping is good and always around 20ms). and after the second or sometimes the third match and so on i didn't get this lag again. it's pretty annoying to me. i've tried change my videos setting but still remain same. any suggestions to solve this ?
