Linked my PS4 acc to my EA account, and everything is gone

Ay bro, still a solid account and great progress you have. Have tons of badges. 4k on most legends along with 20kill badges. And my lovely wraith main. With the two baldie skins and heirloom. More pissed of that. Have tons of master badges aswell. But not much to show this is really pain in the **bleep**. Hope its not lost

Now I'm not the best player as I've died a lot, but I've maintained Gold/Plat ranking for most seasons, (only hitting Masters in Season 17, (which I do not count since it was way too easy that season), and hitting Diamond in the current Season's first split, (Season 29), where I am trying to hit Diamond again in the Season's second split):

I spoke to an advisor today, my PSN is linked with my original EA account, found that out from the email inbox. Advisor couldn't help me much, said that they will contact the dev team. that's it. Also the screenshots are not that important, they were just showcasing my profile. That I had heirlooms and etc.

rNinjx​ From what I know of, you were required to have an EA Account linked prior to playing Apex, (which has been a thing since day one), and as such, it sounds like you had unlinked your PlayStation Account from its original EA Account, (which would be the problem as your Apex progress is stored on the EA Account it was earned/progressed on).

Hello, so I ORIGINALLY PLAY ON PS4. Linked to the PC EA account. Now neither my PS4 has the profile, its empty. sso does the PC. Everything is gone. IM GOING THROUGH YOUR HELP GUIDES. AND NOTHING HELPS, WRITING THE THE CHATBOT THING. THROWS ME BACK TO THE HELP GUIDES. NOT LETTING ME TALK WITH AN AGENT. 

Really glad that this game has such "supportive" team behind it, losing so much progress due to their faulty crossprogression update that failed to work. Looks like here I won't be getting much help either
