Lost Account Progress (Email Changed)

I signed into Apex Legends on steam recently and noticed my account that had heirloom, 450 hours into it, and numerous skins was reset back to level 1. My steam has been linked to my EA since the day...

    It looks like your account was affected by an issue that took place back on April 2nd, but we should be able to get that fixed up.
