Lost apex account

I lost my apex account about a year or two ago when the cross progression started but I log in to the ea that used for my apex and my ps account all my progress is lost all my skins my level I was prestige 1 level 126 I’ve been trying for a long time to get all my progress back my psn I played apex on dreamboyxx1981 I would appreciate it a lot if someone could get my progress back

    Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been lost. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. 

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

    We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.

    Same with me man. I have every receipt for every purchase I've made on my account, but it got reset and all my heirlooms, skins, and stats were converted to my old Xbox accounts stuff (legit nothing no heirlooms or anything). I've been begging support for almost 2 years and they absolutely refuse to do anything to help me. Seems like its happening to too many people to call it an unlinking issue, since I didn't unlink.

    EA_Mako​ i have the same issue and i can do nothing in EA support... i tried all i can! pls pls pls for the Lord ... i need my money dispend back (i have the proof purchase)
