2 years agoIt sounds as if your account has gone through the account merge process for cross-progression in Apex Legends.
Our system like looks at all platform accounts linked to an EA account, and makes the highest-level account the main account. From there all eligible items will be merged and accessible on all linked platforms.
You could be missing items or progress for a few reasons.
- One of your platform accounts was previously linked to another EA account
- The progress or item is not eligible for cross progression
- You started playing on a platform after the Oct 26th, 2023 cut-off date
- You had an account not in good standing.
Can you confirm if any of these my apply to your accounts?

why would there be a cut off date? my account just merged today (april 2nd). so anyone who played the game from oct 26th till now lost all pregression?!

Hi @puccinnithe1st, To confirm if you started playing on an account you made, or linked after the Oct cut-off date that progress is not eligible for cross progression.
