Lost Everything: Cross Progression

hello, I recently got a pc and linked my Xbox account to EA so i could get cross progression on apex, but I accidentally linked the wrong EA account, everything is missing all my in-game content my level is way lower and I have none of my heirlooms, please help, I've spent way too much money on this game for it all just to disappear.

    Hey @POPPER_AS19,

    I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer or merge content from one EA account to another.

    If you've just linked your Xbox account to a new EA account and lost progress as a result, you'll need to re-link it back to the original EA account to try restoring that progress.

    Since it sounds like you've just recently unlinked the account you likely won't be able to unlink it again for a 6-month period, so you may want to reach out to our support team to see if they can assist with getting that re-linked to the original account.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
