I have bought a 2150 coins pack, which worked fine. Then I got another 1000, my steam balance decreased, but I received no coins. EA help just football kicked me 4 times and then said they can't help...

@EA_cuervo I cant open the chat, I cant resume the case - as nothing happens when I press this button.
Why you guys are doing this to me? With all the Apex Legends problems I'm still donating money occasionally - I am not a whale but I am trying to be a loyal customer - and EA is making it worse.

Community ManagerThe reason they've asked you to download the game on EA app and launch it there is because this helps to push through some transactions and might help you to receive the content.
If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
- Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
- Select "I want to update my EA Account information"
- Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
