Lost my apex progress after switching from Origin to EA App

Hello,
I used to play apex for long time 4 or 5 seasons like 2k hours maybe a bit less a bit more, cant remember exactly but I have stopped playing for like a season then when I tried to open my origin again it asks me to switch to EA App I downloaded it and logged in using the same email on origin I logged in to the game I found all my progress gone my levels, Skins, Legends and all my premium battle passes just only level 1 account.
I tried to connect with EA help and they asked me to post a topic here. if anyone can help me to solve this problem please leave a msg 🙂 I'll appreciate it.

    @EvilRises 

    Make sure you're 100% on the correct account.

    If you are, did you recently unlink any accounts from your EA Account? (e.c. Steam, Xbox, etc)

    Doing so could result in data loss, which could be potentially reversed if you relink the unlinked accounts.

    I think when I logged in with EA App I used the option "logging with google" Instead of using Email address and password as used to do on Origin, but the Gmail I used is the same Email address I use on Origin so I didn't think it may cause a problem, but this what happen exactly also I remember I tried to unlink google account and log in with Email address I found myself on the same level 1 account like it erased the date.
