Lost packs when opening

I took a look and you certainly have received the contents of those packs, fortunately. The lack of notifications doesn't help to be sure, but these were all received from the group of packs opened at the exact same time the day before your post here.

We cannot provide a full list via the forums, but the following are all from that group of packs and have been added to your account correctly.

This is just the tip of the iceberg I'm able to see of the packs all opened at the exact same moment from the timeframe you've mentioned.

Same exact situation here as well, fortunately. Based on the time of your original post about this, again the packs were all opened immediately at the same exact time.

This is still under investigation here and we'll provide any updates in this thread as we get them, but you've definitely received the contents of those packs correctly, sorry the notifications had failed to appear here.

Yes. Exact same situation for me. After the failed animation I went through every legend to realize that I didn't receive any new content. 

Im Not sure why this is marked as solution because there has not been a solution. The game failed to open 50 packs. After the open animation stopped, I received no content. 75k legend tokens were lost as a result of this as well. I pretty much had $50 taken for nothing. 

Feel free to tell me how my packs dissapeared during a server error and no contents were gained from the packs at all

I have pictures and a full video of the sequence of events prior to the packs being opened to after logging back in after the crash. I had received 0 contents from the 49 that dissapeared. I made a ticket and it was closed with "No Fix Available" which is highway robbery of 50 dollars

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Game bug crashed mid pack animation and i lost 49 upgraded apex packs. I got no loot from the packs and when i logged back in the packs were gone. I have hard video evidence. All my crafting materials stayed the same. opening 50 I 100percent would have gotten crafting metals but it stayed the same

Just to clarify, your post title says the packs were lost, but you've mentioned they did not open.

Do you still have the packs showing for you in-game, or did they disappear after an error?

Please note if you've upgraded packs and they disappeared after a server error, you'll still have received the contents. However, the new item notification would be missing in that case which may require checking through the various Legends and Weapons to see what new items were picked up.

Hello. I purchased 50 packs but they did not open. I have a photo of the pack spinning and becoming electrified but it did not continue the animation. I had 11k apex coins prior to purchasing 50 packs. Please help!
