LOST RANK DUE TO HOTFIX LAST NIGHT @EA_Mako
I’ve been grinding this game for the past 2 weeks now and I was hopeful that these kind of bugs would have been fixed within the 24 seasons it’s been out. I’m very unpleased with this since I was at 16,427 points and now I’m reset to Diamond 1. I know it’s not a crazy difference but losing 1000 points for doing nothing but logging into my game is quite ridiculous. Please help fix this EA_Mako

We've just corrected the issue that led to this situation, which should mean you're back to your rank prior to the issue taking place.
We don't yet have any other information to share regarding RP gained during that period, but we'll update the thread below once we do, thanks!
