Hey @puntykiller, you should be able to go through these steps to try re-linking a platform to your EA Account.

This can be linked completely independently of any subscriptions you may have active.

If you're having any trouble re-linking this please reach out to our support.

If you're running into trouble cancelling or changing a subscription via PlayStation, it may be best to contact PlayStation support instead.

Hey @puntykiller,

This can happen if your PSN and EA Accounts have been unlinked.

If you re-link the original account that should recover your original content and unlocks.

If you run into any trouble with that process please reach out to support directly and they'll be able to take a look at the account, thanks!
