Low FPS after New Updates

My PC Specs: GPU 4060, CPU i7-12700KF, Ram DDR4 32GB
After the latest updates, my fps have dropped to 50-60.
I have tried to re-install game, revert back old gpu driver, clear cache, delete apex configuration.
And after reading forum, there seem to be other user with same problem, dev help please.

Updates:
After looking around the forums more, disabling Hyper-Threading in Bios help.
There is an issues with Intel CPU.
If you have issues with colors afterward, clear shader with cleaning drive c help.
