Low Frame Rates - Ryzen 7 2700x

For reference I have a decent gaming rig that can handle most FPS games above 144 frames:

2x 1070 TI (in SLI)

Ryzen 7 2700x 

32 GB 2600 MHz RAM

The issue is that on all low settings, my game will hit around 60-70 fps which kinda sucks. I've got a decent gaming rig and for the game to run around 60-70 fps on ALL low settings is poor. I've tried multiple troubleshooting options and nothing has worked. I've tried changing most of my Nvidia Control Panel settings and I've tuned the Nvidia Profile manager but nothing works. 

I've also noticed a couple of users on Reddit with the same issue as me with newer gen Ryzen CPUs. 

I'm hoping Respawn or EA looks into this cause the game is extremely fun to play but the low fps is really annoying.

    Have you tried disabling SLI and running the game on a single GPU? I'm sure you're aware, but nowadays devs aren't supporting SLI/XFire all that much. Some game just do not work well with SLI setups and can cause dips in FPS. You can get higher FPS on 1 GPU than you would on 2 GPUs for games that aren't optimized for SLI/XFire.

    Ik this is redudant but make sure you have the most recent chipset drivers matching your motherboard, and try turning SMT off. I get 150avg on 2k res with 2700x and 1070ti hybrid
