Me nor any of my friends got the Twitch Prime Loot Pack

So, we are a bunch of friends playing Apex together, 4 of us have the Twitch prime. We all tried to get the pack, linked our EA accounts (each of us has only one EA account, there is no way we linked a wrong one) to Twitch, we were able to claim the pack on Twitch and a message was there that we will get the pack by the next start of the game. Yet it didn't happen. For any single one of us. Will there be a fix soon? Because I see this is pretty much spread problem between the Apex community. The problem is definitely not on our end. Thanks in advance for your answer.

    So for those with the same problem - if you are still wondering - I contacted EA support and even they could see that from my side is all correct. So they added the content from the Twitch Prime Loot pack on my account manualy.

    If you still didn't got yours and you are sure you did all steps as you should I suggest you to contact the tech support as well.

    This is how your screen in game should look after you start it if you get the pack activated. Good luck.

    I was wrong this got me nowhere. EA help desk said yes it's linked then told me to speak to prime help desk. Amazon help desk sent the ticket to the "Twitch Prime Loot Boxes" specialist who "will email in 48 hours".

    Linked twitch prime for the apex legends drop (5 packs and the Pathfinder skin), and it said I claimed my rewards, but when I logged in I saw that the loot is missing.No user solutions helped me nor the Amazon support. I got answered that the twitch team would contact me within 24 hours, but it has been 48 hours from that moment and nothing happened, I have tried rebooting everything, re-linking accounts and nothing helps.

    @princip1e yea they send you in * circles and nothing ever happens.. I dont get how this guys is saying that EA put the items directly into his account manually because they cant do that.. its through Twitch Prime and not EA or Amazon..
