Memory crash dump / Apex legends

Hello, I am experiencing frequent crashes with Apex Legends. The game either crashes to a "Crash Report Handler" window during gameplay or fails to launch due to Easy Anti-Cheat errors. Key issues observed: Application Crash:

 I frequently get the "Crash Report Handler" creating memory dumps (e.g., PACKER_74758843_3280.dmp).

 Easy Anti-Cheat - Untrusted System File: I receive an error stating that amdihk64.dll is an untrusted system file, preventing the game from operating correctly.

System Specifications: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7100 @ 3.90GHz GPU: Radeon RX 580 Series RAM: 8GB OS: Windows 10 Steps already taken:

 1.Tried clean installing my gpu drivers and installing new with DDU(Display drivers uninstaller)

 2,Tried verifying files on both EA/Steam launchers, also uninstalled and redownload game on both launchers.

3, Tried on EA/Steam special launch options -11dx.

Btw I renamed attached dump file from dmp to txt.
