Missing apex coins that was bought with steam wallet

I honestly don't know what happened from my end, but I haven't gotten my 1k apex coins that I bought yesterday.

Maybe it's a bug and it's been delayed or something.

But I just want to know that if there's something that can be done from your end to fix this if not, at least have my money back and not have it disappear.

    Hey @ozsniper1105,

    In some cases you may need to try the following if your coins have not shown up within 24 hours:

    • Log out of Steam (don't just close it)
    • Close Steam via Task Manager
    • Restart Apex

    After that point it may also help to launch the game through EA app rather than Steam to see if the coins appear there.

    If they are still not showing up for you after that, please contact support directly so they can help get these added to the account. They will need to verify these screenshots so please have that information available, thanks!
