Missing Apex Packs from Ingame Store Purchase

Hi @Alainir If we should have purchased the 4000 bundle versus the 1800 skin, then we would need to work with our live support team to further investigate this. If you like we also have the ability to use Twitter and Facebook support:

Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance

Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page

@EA_Illium thanks for your reply. I do not believe I purchased just the skin as I am sure I saw 4k coins disappear.

I have contacted EA Advisors 3 times on the web ticket and each time they have completely misunderstood the issue, or rather, they just say since I bought the 10k coins with steam... contact steam... you can't contact steam and round we go. The Customer Experience team used to be really good but noticed EA has shut down their mailbox so now there appears to be no way to escalate issues for customers ☹️
