Missing badges from main account merge
I had made sure my main account was a higher level, and after merging I had lost some of my ranked badges, battle pass badges and past event ones to from said account. I got basically everything back...

If these badges can be earned again through future gameplay, that is the only way to reacquire these badges.
For badges that cannot be obtained again due to their nature - e.g. a badge awarded for completing a former season’s Battle Pass or achieving a particular rank in an old season - Respawn continues to investigate returning these badges to affected users in the future but this is not something we can manually grant in the meantime, sorry.
