Missing content apex legends

I bought the Saviors Pack in Apex Legends through my Xbox, it has been more than 24 hours and I still don't have the content of my purchase, I already contacted EA twice now with proof of my purchase, and I just get an auto response and nothing else back if I answer to that email with the proof. It is unbelievably stupid to make a client have to wait 24 hours to get his content, I literally don't see this anywhere else, in every other game my purchases content goes instantly to my account. So what takes so long for EA to process a purchase?

    You definitely shouldn't be waiting more than 24 hours for any content to show up in Apex, sorry to hear that. Even that 24 hours is fairly unusual as those purchases are typically instant.

    Since that still has not appeared for you however, please reach out to support. I would suggest using chat or one of the other contact methods if you've still not heard back via email yet.

    You should be able to get started here, and I'd suggest using the Order | Order not received options. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

  • I purchased almost $200 worth of apex coins a few weeks ago. I still to this day have not got my coins and or my money reimbursed. I purchased the $60 bundle and I never received my coins. I tried again thinking it just glitched out… still never got my coins and was charged $120. I then thought maybe it was the card… I used my other card and charged another $40 and I still never received it. After learning my lesson I only tried the $10 bundles but still nothing. I have provided proof of purchase many time. This is the worse platform for customer support I have ever seen and I’m extremely frustrated. Frustrated is an understatement at this point. It’s been weeks and I still don’t have anything. I also tried all their suggestions and nothing. Someone please help
