Missing Heirloom on Linked Nintendo Switch Account

I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I appear to have lost access to my heirloom that was on my previous Nintendo Switch account, and I’m hoping you can help me recover it.
Here are the details:
• Platform: Nintendo Switch
• Game: Apex Legends
• Previous Nintendo Account Email/Username: XxLigmaxX
• Current EA Account Email: [edit: email address removed]
• Approximate Date I Noticed the Issue: 08/2024
• Heirloom Lost: Original Octane Butterfly Heirloom
I recently switched accounts/linked my EA account, and after logging in I noticed the heirloom is no longer on my account. This item was previously unlocked legitimately, so I’d really appreciate if you could investigate whether it can be restored or if there’s an account-linking issue causing it not to appear.
